Minaffet - On 12 October 2009, Honorable Minister Rosemary MUSEMINALI received in her office H.E. Niraj Srivastava, Ambassador of India accredited to to Rwanda with residence in Kampala. During their discussions, Ambassador Niraj Srivastava informed Hon.
