MINAFFET – The Designated Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo to Rwanda, Mr. Norbert Nkulu KILOMBO on Tuesday, 3rd November 2009 presented copies of his Credentials to the Foreign Affairs Minister, Mme Rosemary MUSEMINALI, documents that serve to start the process of his accreditation in this country.

Hon. Minister welcomed the New Congolese envoy who was accompanied by his Spouse, Mme KITENGE LOHALO Veronique and the first counselor of the Embassy of the DRC. In her welcoming remarks, Honorable MUSEMINALI said that the exchange of Ambassadors comes after a long time without having Embassies in both countries and that is a result of the effort made by Their Excellencies Presidents of the two countries and both Ministries of Foreign Affairs.  

The ambassador thanked the Minister for a warm welcome and conveyed the messages of goodwill from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo which were warmly reciprocated by the Minister.
