Hon. Rosemary MUSEMINALI, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation is in Seoul, Korea for a two day 2nd Korea-Africa Forum (23rd- 25th November 2009), co-organized by the Government of South Korea and African Union Commission. This year's meeting brought together more than 120 top African officials, including Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade, AU Commission Chairman Jean Ping and foreign ministers from 15 countries. President Abdoulaye Wade was in Seoul for a State visit also addressed the opening ceremony.
