7th Joint Permanent Commission between Rwanda and Zambia
On 3rd December 2020, Rwanda and Zambia held their seventh Joint Permanent Commission virtually.
Three new legal instruments were signed. Minister Vincent Biruta and his counterpart Joseph Malanji, committed to work together to expedite the implementation of existing agreements and explore more areas of cooperation in order to expand bilateral cooperation even further.
