Le Ministre Biruta copréside avec le Ministre Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso la 5eme édition de la Grande Commission Mixte Rwanda-Congo

Le 24 novembre 2021, Le Ministre Biruta a coprésidé avec le Ministre Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso, la 5eme édition de la Grande Commission Mixte entre le Rwanda et le Congo. Les deux ministres ont signe six nouveaux accords bilateraux et se sont engagés à renforcer davantage la coopération entre les deux pays.
