MINAFFET welcomes new Minister of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation
Kigali, 07 November 2019 - The management and staff members at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MINAFFET) welcomed the new Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Vincent Biruta, at the Ministry’s headquarters.
In his remarks, Minister Biruta thanked his predecessor Dr. Richard Sezibera as well as the entire staff of Minaffet for an exemplary leadership that led the Ministry and Rwanda’s diplomacy at large where it is today. He urged staff to keep working together as a team to deliver Rwanda's foreign policy goals.
Prior to his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Vincent Biruta served as Minister of Environment.
