MINISTER BIRUTA EXCHANGES WITH WORLD LEADERS ON THE SIDELINES OF THE UNGA

Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon. Vincent Biruta participated in the 77th  session of the UN General Assembly taking place in New York for 13-27 September. On the sidelines of UNGA 77 high level policy dialogues, debates and mainstream activities, Minister Biruta has had the opportunity to exchange with leaders from around the world on matters of common interest. Just to name a few, Minister Biruta met with:

Minister Biruta equally met with Peter Maurer, the outgoing President of ICRC - International Committee of the Red Cross and Alice Wairimu Nderitu, UN Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide

Minister Biruta also took part in the UNGA77 side event on Feminism Foreign Policy and Multilateralism as well as the UNGA77 Soirée de la Francophonie.
