On 10 November 2021, Minister Biruta received Mr Jongmoon CHOI, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Korea who was on an official visit to Kigali. The two ministers agreed to work together to further strengthen #Rwanda-#Korea cooperation in COVID-19, trade & investment, culture and education.
