MINISTER BIRUTA SPEAKS AT THE SECOND EDITION OF THE KIGALI GLOBAL DIALOGUE
On 11 July 2022, Minister Vincent Biruta spoke at the second edition of the Kigali Global Dialogue under the theme “Unleashing Growth, Development and Human Capital”. The three-day conference brings together policymakers, academics, civil society and the private sector from around the world, to deliberate and devise solutions to critical sustainable development challenges facing the global community today. The focus areas of this year’s dialogue were resilience, climate change, health, digital transformation and global governance.
