Minister Vincent Biruta travels to the Central African Republic to deliver a message from H.E. Paul Kagame to H.E. Faustin-Archange Touadera
On 8 January 2021, Minister Vincent Biruta traveled to the Central African Republic on an official visit. He delivered a message from H.E. President Paul Kagame to H.E. President Faustin-Archange Touadera.
During his visit, Minister Biruta also met with his counterpart, Sylvia Baïpo Temon and they discussed matters of mutual interest between the two countries.
