Minister Nduhungirehe attends Landlocked Developing Countries Annual Ministerial Meeting

New York, 24 September 2026 - On the margins of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA81), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe attended the Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) Annual Ministerial Meeting, held under the theme “Building Resilient and Connected LLDCs: Accelerating Implementation of the Awaza Programme of Action through Partnership.”
In his remarks, he highlighted the importance of stronger partnerships, connectivity and regional cooperation in addressing the structural challenges faced by LLDCs and advancing inclusive and sustainable development.
