On the evening of 25 May 2022, Minister of State Nshuti Manasseh presided over the Africa Day 2022 celebrations to mark the 59th anniversary. Co-organised with Pan African Movement -Rwanda chapter. The event brought together diplomats, academia, and members of the civil society.
The Organisation of African Unity - now known as the African Union was established on 25 May 1963.
