1 April 2020---As part of the host country agreement signed in May 2021 between the Government of Rwanda and the AFD Group, Minister of State Prof. Manasseh Nshuti and Rémy Rioux , CEO of Agence Française de Développement (AFD) signed an amendment this morning to incorporate the Expertise France and Proparco into the agreement.
