Minister of State, Prof Nshuti Manasseh received the Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Senegal
On 17 December 2020, Minister of State, Prof. Nshuti Manasseh received Doudou Sow, the first appointed Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Senegal to Rwanda. Mr. Doudou Sow presented copies of his credential letters. This was also the occasion to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation now that Senegal is opening an embassy in Kigali.
