Minister Vincent Biruta and the Minister of Trade and Industry Jean Chrysostome Ngabitsinze received Chileshe Mpundu Kapwepwe, the Secretary General of The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). She updated the two ministers on COMESA activities and commended Rwanda's leadership and its support towards COMESA activities.
