President Kagame in Luanda for quadripartite summit
Luanda, 12 July 2019 - President Kagame on Friday arrived in Luanda, Angola where he joined President João Lourenço of Angola, President Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of Congo and President Museveni of Uganda for the quadripartite summit on regional security and cooperation.
The summit stressed the importance of permanent, frank, open multilateral and bilateral dialogue for the consolidation of peace and security in the region and as a premise for economic integration.
