Rwanda and Armenia sign Agreement on mutual visa exemption

New York, 25 September 2026 - On the margins of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA81), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe held a bilateral meeting with Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
Together, they signed a visa exemption agreement for holders of diplomatic and service passports.
