Rwanda and Nepal Sign General Cooperation Agreement

New York, 25 September 2026 - On the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA81), Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe met with Shisir Khanal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal.
During the meeting, they signed a General Cooperation Agreement, providing a framework for enhanced collaboration and further strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.
