Leta y’u Rwanda yamaze kumenyesha Leta y’u Bubiligi icyemezo yafashe cyo guhagarika umubano wa dipolomasi hagati y’ibihugu byombi, kigatangira gukurikizwa ako kanya. Iki cyemezo gifashwe nyuma yo gusuzuma byimbitse impamvu zitandukanye, zose zishingiye ku myitwarire igayitse igaragaza ko u Bubiligi bukomeza kwitwara nka mpatsibihugu
