Rwanda and India sign memorandum of understanding on cultural exchange
New Delhi, 03 March 2026 - Minister Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe and Hon. Kirti Vardhan Singh, India's Minister of State for external affairs, cochaired the second India-Rwanda Joint Commission Meeting.
The meeting reviewed the state of cooperation between both countries in the areas of defence, agriculture, trade and investment, health, education, Science and Technology, digital platforms, culture and people-to-people cooperation.
The two ministers also signed an MoU on the Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) for the year 2026-2030.
