Kigali, ku wa 2 Gashyantare 2025 - U Rwanda rwamaganiye kure ibirego bishinja Ingabo z’u Rwanda (Rwanda Defense Force) nk’uko bigaragara mu itangazo ry’inama idasanzwe yahuje abakuru b’ibihugu bigize Umuryango w’Ubukungu n’Iterambere ry’Ibihugu bya Afurika y’Amajyepfo (SADC) yateranye tariki ya 31 Mutarama 2025. RDF irinda imbibi z’u Rwanda kugira ngo hatagira icyahungabanya abaturage, ntihohotera abaturage.

SADC yohereje umutwe w’ingabo, SAMIDRC, wafashije ingabo za Leta ya Repubulika iharanira Demokarasi ya Kongo (DRC) kurwanya abaturage bayo, M23 n’abandi baturage ba Kongo, abenshi muri bo ubu bahungiye mu Rwanda no mu bindi bihugu byo mu karere. Guverinoma ya Repubulika iharanira Demokarasi ya Kongo ntiratezuka ku mugambi wayo wo gutera u Rwanda no gukuraho Guverinoma iriho, nk’uko Perezida Tshisekedi adahwema kubisubiramo mu mbwirwaruhame ze zitandukanye.

Birashimangira ko SAMIDRC n’abandi bafatanyije barimo Ingabo z’u Burundi, FDLR n’abacanshuro b’abanyaburayi ari bo pfundo ry’iki kibazo mu gihe kuba muri RDC kwabo ari ikibazo kiyongera mu bindi byinshi bihasanzwe. 

Igitekerezo kivuga ko ingabo za SADC zaje ku busabe bwa Leta ya Kongo mu rwego rwo kugarura amahoro muri icyo gihugu, nta shingiro gifite, kuko izo ngabo zirwanya abenegihugu, zikanashora intambara ku Rwanda.
