Diplomatic briefing on recent developments in region and upcoming events in Kigali

Kigali, 11 October 2023 - Minister Vincent Biruta was joined by Senior Officials from the Ministry in Charge of Emergency Management (MINEMA) and the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) for a Diplomatic Briefing on recent developments in the region, the upcoming 23rd World Travel and Tourism Council Global Summit (WTTC) scheduled for 1-3 November 2023, and other upcoming events in Kigali as well as the refugees' situation.
