Both Presidents held bilateral talks, reaffirming the strong and fraternal relations between Rwanda and Madagascar, which have been built on a foundation of mutual respect and shared values.
The two leaders encouraged the implementation status of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Economic Development Board of Madagascar and the Rwanda Development Board on Investment Promotion, signed in February 2019, which is intended to enhance economic cooperation between the two nations.
