LE RWANDA REJETTE LES FAUSSES ACCUSATIONS DU HCDH

Le Rwanda rejette les fausses accusations formulées dans la récente déclaration du Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme (HCDH).
Le HCDH allègue, sans aucune preuve, corroboration ou mobile rapporté, que les Forces de Défense du Rwanda (RDF) ont « aidé » au meurtre de « 319 civils » dans des fermes dans l’est de la RDC. L'inclusion gratuite des RDF dans ces allégations est inacceptable et remet en question la crédibilité du HCDH et sa méthodologie.
Dans un contexte où les Nations Unies (MONUSCO) ont longtemps échoué à protéger les civils touchés par l'insécurité, ces accusations sensationnalistes du HCDH risquent de saper les processus en cours pour une résolution pacifique du conflit en RDC.
