Minister Biruta closes National Security Symposium 2024

Kigali, 24 May 2024 – Minister Vincent Biruta officially closed the National Security Symposium 2024 which took place under the theme: “Contemporary Security Challenges, the African perspective”.

He also participated in a panel discussion on “Insecurity in Africa : Roots, Implications and Way Forward” alongside Hon. Abdoulaye Diop, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mali, Mr. Brian KAGORO, from the Global Pan African Movement and Brig. Gen. Metodi Hadji-Janev, Associate Professor from Macedonia.
