Kigali,11 May 2023 - Minister Vincent Biruta held a bilateral meeting with his counterpart, Dr. Ian Borg, Malta’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union Affairs and Trade.
During this meeting, both Ministers signed: Bilateral Air Service Agreement, MoU on Diplomatic Training, and MoU on Cooperation in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Training.
