Kigali, 12 June 2023 - Minister Vincent Biruta officially inaugurated the 3rd Kigali Global Dialogue Conference. During this 3-day conference, high-level participants discussed development challenges and ways to overcome them.
The Kigali Global Dialogue is an annual platform that brings together policymakers, academics, civil society, and the private sector from around the world to deliberate and devise solutions to critical sustainable development challenges facing the global community.
