Minister Biruta joins the Korean community to celebrate National Foundation Day
Kigali, 21st October 2022 - Today, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Vincent Biruta joined the Korean community living in Rwanda to celebrate the National Foundation Day of the Republic of Korea.
In his remarks, Minister Biruta commended Korea for the impressive transformation, in a short time, from being a foreign aid recipient country to being a strong donor country.
“At a bilateral level, I am glad to note that the Republic of Korea has been a good friend and a strong partner of Rwanda.”
