Kigali, 19 January 2023 - Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Vincent Biruta officially opened the first Rwanda-EU Defence and Security consultations as a part of a joint commitment to renew and enhance the peace and security cooperation between Rwanda and the European Union.
