Minister Biruta receives copies of credentials of nine new Ambassadors-designate to Rwanda

Kigali, 7-8 February 2023 - Minister Vincent Biruta received copies of the Letters of Credence of the Ambassadors-designate of Turkey, Côte d'Ivoire, Finland, Chile, Jordan, Niger, Mauritania, South Sudan, Portugal, and the High Commissioner-designate of Bangladesh. These are among the 14 envoys who presented their Letters of Credence to the President of the Republic of Rwanda. Watch the full video here.
