Kigali, 09 December 2024 – Minister Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe convened the last diplomatic briefing of the year. In his remarks, he commended international partners for their support throughout this milestone year, he briefed them on the bilateral & multilateral engagements made by Rwanda in the last 3 months, and updated the meeting on regional developments.
