Minister of State Kabarebe participates in Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa
Dakar, 28 November 2023 - Minister of State Kabarebe James participated in the 9th edition of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa. In his remarks, he emphasized the need for continental unity to address the escalating security threats. Read the full speech here.
On the sidelines of the forum, Minister Kabarebe met with Prof. Ismaïla Madior Fall, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad. They discussed further strengthening good bilateral relations between Rwanda and Senegal. View photos here.
