Egypte, 8 novembre 2022 - En marge de la 27ème Conférence des Parties à la Convention sur les changements climatiques (COP27), Vincent Biruta, le Ministre Rwandais des affaires étrangères et de la coopération internationale a rencontré son homologue française Catherine Colonna. Ils ont échange sur le relations bilatérales et les questions de la région des Grands Lacs.
Du 6 au 18 novembre 2022, chefs d’État, ministres et négociateurs, des militants pour le climat, des maires, des représentants de la société civile et des chefs d’entreprise se réunissent dans la ville côtière égyptienne de Charm el-Cheikh pour le rassemblement annuel sur l’action climatique.
