I am happy to join you today as we celebrate the 2023 United Nations International Day of South-South Cooperation, hosted by the Rwanda Cooperation under the theme: “Solidarity, Equity and Partnership: Unlocking South-South Cooperation to Achieve the SDGs”.
The theme of our celebration today revolves around creating the necessary mechanisms for resource mobilization, fostering reciprocal knowledge sharing and technical assistance, among others. Read the full speech here.
