Rwanda and Mali sign 19 new agreements

Kigali, 27 May 2024 - Minister Vincent Biruta and and his counterpart Hon. Abdoulaye Diop, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Mali, officially concluded the 1st Joint Permanent Commission meeting between Rwanda and Mali.

Together, they signed 19 agreements in various fields including digitalization, health, investment promotion and agriculture.
