Rwanda and Mozambique sign Agreement on visa exemption
Kigali, 20 October 2022 - Vincent Biruta, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Arsénia Massingue, Minister of Interior of Mozambique signed an Agreement on the exemption from visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports between Rwanda and Mozambique.
This agreement will encourage free movement and enhance collaboration between the two countries. It is based on the good bilateral relations between the Republic of Rwanda and the Republic of Mozambique. The two countries cooperate in different areas including security, trade and investment.
