Rwanda and Venezuela sign agreement on Visa Waiver
Kigali, 1 November 2023 - Minister Vincent Biruta held a bilateral meeting with Hon. Yván Gil Pinto, Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela who was in Rwanda for a three-day official visit.
During this meeting during, the two ministers signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Visa Waiver for holders of Diplomatic, Official, and Special passports.
